To solicit donations and maintain their tax exempt status, nonprofits must endure the confusing process of fundraising compliance. This means that they need to fill out a bunch of forms and keep up with constantly changing rules.
Cogency Global offers nonprofit services that will help, so my team at Prosper Digital was asked to communicate this in an online video.
I co-developed the creative brief, wrote the script, and was the co-creative director for the video, helping to supervise from pre-production through delivery.
The result? Within weeks, the video generated hundreds of thousands of views and drove a surge in demo requests – so many, in fact, that Cogency temporarily shut down their demo request form to catch up with demand. The client was thrilled, commissioning additional videos across their service lines. The campaign also earned three international advertising awards, including a Telly Award and two AIVA Communicator Awards.
